Do Not Go with this Company

I paid $35 a month for 8 years and had 8 claims. After taking out the $100.00 deductible and only covering 80% I received maybe $1,050 back of the $4,000 I paid over this time. The last year I had the plan my dog had 4 bladder infections, when she got a 5th one they refused to cover it, they now considered this a pre-existing condition, which they do not cover. They let me know that any future claims that relate in any way to the bladder (such as a yeast infection) will NOT be covered. Then they refused to use my bills towards the $100.00 deductible. My general feeling is as long as your claim amounts are low and are infrequent they will cover you, if you begin to turn in multiple claims they find a loophole or way to say it's related to a pre-existing condition. I cancelled my plan ASAP.

Great at communicating with customers

Fortunately, I have not had to submit a claim for Tasha this past year. Pet's Best Insurance is very good to work with on an administrative level. You are given 30 to 45 days' notice before your policy expires along with your renewal rate which gives you ample time to decide. I checked out so many other insurance companies and Pet's Best, by far, offered the best coverage at a reasonable rate.

Pleasantly surprised

I was extremely dubious about getting pet insurance, after hearing and reading stacks of horror stories about denied claims and such. I have carried Embrace for my dogs for a couple of years now, and I have to say that they have been very easy to deal with and have promptly paid claims. There was a lot of paperwork to deal with up-front in order to give them my pets' histories but after that it has been pretty simple. I will continue to renew these policies.

Magnificent

I was looking for good pets insurance for a while, doing some researches and finally picked out healthy paws out of many others and I am very happy with my choice! Unfortunately, my dog had an injury, but Healthy paws insurance was there to help us, they reimbursed my expense with no doubts, and one more thing that I really like about them, that they actually care about our loved once! Thanks for your help.

Totally satisfied

I have had pet insurance for 3 years for my healthy30lbs mixed breed terrier,Theo. After checking the web I decided to change because of the high rating Embrace received. I could not be happier. For the same reasonable premium Theo gets a wellness plan too. My first experience with making a claim, albeit a wellness claim-the forms were easy to process. I got a reply from an email promptly. I will be sure to pass the word to all my dog park friends.

Love this company

I cannot say enough good things about this company. True to the contract, they paid 80% of the claims. I am a Canine Behaviorist, and recommend Embrace to all my clients. I wish my own insurance was this good!

Not Quite Good

Our dog was injured with a result of broken bone. Before Trupanion was willing to pay we had go through a lot of hoops. One of them was their question about our dog being spayed, a dog which was only about 12 weeks old that time. They had her birthday data so why an employee spent time to call us.
