Very easy and fast claim processing
My dog Deucalion hurt his leg while playing with his children friends. After xrays and an exam was diagnosed as being soft tissue damage. Bascially manage pain and time to allow the tissue, tendons and ligaments to heal. I submitted my claim and it was processed and payment received within a couple weeks. Deucalion is still healing and will take a few more weeks but his insurance has made it all much easier knowing I could seek treatment and not suffer financially trying to cover his bills.

Fantastic company, people, and service!
We were only with Embrace a short time when both of our pets passed away. Embrace treated us like life long family members. When it came time to start a policy for our new puppy Lily, Embrace not only remembered us but made us feel again like family. We are not only happy with the fast easy service, but the wonderfully warm people!

Great Customer Service
I bought Healthy Paws Insurance for my 4 year old boxer and have never been happier. While consulting with my vet about insurance, she said "you have a boxer, so YES, get the insurance." At that point, I began to shop around and landed with this company for coverage. This company is great because they will allow you to select the deductible you want and the percentage of coverage you desire. Whatever you select will determine your monthly rate. I pay about $50 a month for it and let me tell you - it's absolutely worth it! My dog is now 5.5yrs old and we have been through 2 surgeries using this insurance. Every time my claims were adjudicated quickly and I received 90% (minus my deductible) for the costs. If I did not understand why something was not reimbursed, it was always explained to me clearly and if something should have been covered but wasn't for some reason, it was corrected immediately. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are considering pet insurance, definitely take a look at this company. I cannot tell you how much it has saved me financially as well as for piece of mind. I never worry about a $10,000 surgery because they are right there with you all the way. My boxer just got a tumor removed (very common in boxers) to the tune of $1,000 ($300 to diagnose, $700 for the surgery) and everything was covered (minus the vet's office fee, which they don't pay for). GI Blockage in 17 month old Lab
My 17 month old Brainiac Lab Cooper for whatever reason (probably just lab) decided that a few rocks were as good a toy or treat as anything we could buy! So after they did not sit right and he started vomiting (foul smelling) food then liquid he we rush to the ER. There we discovered he had 2 rocks lodged in his large intestine. After discussing with the surgeon whether or not they would pass we elected to do surgery to remove them. 36 hours after the surgery he went home and the ER submitted the paper work to Trupanion. 1 1/2 weeks later I received an email stating the claim was processed and my check would be mailed, which I had in a week’s time after that.Yes, I would recommend Trupaion. What more can you ask than have a company stand behind you for all the things a lab can bring into your life.

If your income is low you need Trupanion
I joined Trupanion 10 years ago for my Chihuahua Ebby. My income is low and I could not imagine losing her to sickness or injury due to my lack of money. As she has aged her premium has increased but so has my salary so I am still extremely appreciative of the benefits Trupanion offers and I have peace of mind and my baby girl is living privileged with health care. Health insurance is a must for every pet, especially if your income is low, consider having to make a choice to heal your pet or let her go........... I can find a dollar a day but not 20,000 dollars, just a thought, thanks you Trupanion for all your great service over the last decade from me and Ebby

We asked them to do whatever they could to treat our poor puppy. Our first bill sent to trupanion was quickly covered followed closely behind by a request to see how she was doing. This continued through her full recovery with Trupanion actually thanking us for taking such good care of our loved one. The thanks goes to them! I suggest strongly to everyone with a pet to get this insurance.

Glad I switched to Trupanion
My dog is 9 years and 9 months old. She was diagnosed in May 2013 with diabetes. She will be on insulin the rest of her life. A 58 day supply of insulin and syringes is $125.99. Trupanion has paid 90% of this cost. The turn around time from the day I send the claim form until I receive reimbursement averages 25 days. Trupanion also covered 90% of the extensive testing that was required to properly regulate her insulin dosage.
