Professional Staff and Quick Turn around
I am a relatively new customer of Embrace and shortly after obtaining my policy my Female Newfoundland became ill. I filed for reimbursement of the vet bills and received an acknowledgment of the claim immediately and was kept informed through out the process. Total time from claim filing to receiving the check was less than 6 weeks. Impressive.

Healthy Paws is the Best!
Several months ago, I was doing the same thing you are probably doing right now... researching pet insurance companies to find the best. I used different resources, one being Angie's List, to do my research. What I found is that hands down, Healthy Paws had the best reviews out of any of the companies. So here I am 8 months later and I can now honestly say that I made the correct choice. About 2 months after signing up with Healthy Paws, our 3 year old Goldendoodle, Sadie, developed a small bump on the top of her nose and she would yelp anytime anyone would touch her nose. Well, 2 exploratory surgeries, 1 CT scan, numerous X-rays and several drugs later, the vets finally determined the cause of the bump and she is being treated with medication and should make a full recovery within a few weeks. From start to finish, Healthy Paws was with us the entire way. They paid for everything they said they would. They never once questioned a single charge or Sadie's treatment. As long as she was being treated by a licensed vet, the treatment is and was entirely our choice. Bottom line, they were wonderful. Nearly $6,000.00 in vet bills would of severely impacted our finances for several years. Because of Healthy Paws, that bill was only in the ballpark of $700.00.

Healthy Paws...Simply the Best
Not enough room to write about how wonderful Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been to me and my wolfhound, Zachary. Zachary had to be admitted, on an emergency basis, to Veterinary Specialty Hospital in North County, San Diego, California. I was absolutely sure he would get the best care possible from them and I was absolutely sure he would incur huge medical expenses. I didn't hesitate because I felt sure that Healthy Paws would be there to rescue both of us. He had a very rare liver lobe torsion and after extensive tests and CT scans and many specialists he was diagnosed and immediately sent to surgery. Although I was confident that Healthy Paws would save us...there is always that small little voice echoing, "What if they deny the claim?" Thank goodness every little fear was immediately erased when I heard from Healthy Paws that they were processing the claim and then within 24 hours heard that they would be covering every bit of Zachary's bill as the arrangement we had. I am amazed not only at the speed in which they handled the claim but also the kindness and support extended from this wonderful company. I will continue to rave about them and the comfort they provide for all of us who have pets that are family members! What a horrible decision to have to put Zachary down because I wouldn't be able to pay such a high medical bill. Thanks to Healthy Paws I will never be put in the position to make that decision. Thank you...thank you...thank you Healthy Paws!

In the 8 years I've had my cats I haven't needed to use the insurance. However, twice this year I put it to good use when my one cat had a tumor over her eye and the other developed a UTI. I certainly appreciated the help paying for the bills and the fast and easy way available to do this.
