Who could believe my pet lost a toenail!
Easy to complete claims form after our male golden retriever lost front right paw nail. How does this happen? I don't know! But, I'm thankful the accident was covered by Trupanion. Vet was also familiar and worked directly with Trupanion. Claim review was short. Received a check within a week of filing. I recommend Trupanion to my friends.

Very reliable, efficient & quick!!!
Unfortunately, we needed to take our pup to the vet to induce vomiting after ingesting some Hosta plants. We found it very easy to submit our claim and the response time was extremely quick and efficient! Thank you Trupanion :)

Terrible
They were fine when they were under President's Choice but they are terrible now. They overbill you, lie to you, refuse to reimburse you, have terrible customer service. Read the reviews all over the internet, this company is interested in one thing only: taking every cent they can get from you.
