After spending $10,000 on one of my uninsured pets a few years ago, I knew that I had to get all of my pets insured. I did a lot of research and Trupanion was the one to fit my needs. Unfortunately, my lab ended up with cancer and it was such a load off my mind to know that I didn't have to worry about costs, I could go ahead and get her the best treatment. Trupanion has processed all my claims promptly and I have received my reimbursements in a speedy fashion. I highly advise Trupanion for pet insurance, my experience has been so positive.

Excellent service
We brought our dog in for increased coughing and the vet found that she had a heart murmur so proceeded to do ex-ray's and found she had an enlarged heart. We then had to do an EKG and heart ultrasound. My vet direct billed Trupanion and the claim was instantly paid and I just had to pay my portion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pet because speaking from experience vet bills can get very expensive and if you don't have insurance there are times that you may be in the position to have to say no to treatment but with Trupanion this decision doesn't have to be made!!!

Lifesaver
Charley tore her ACL and had to have surgery that was $4200.00, we are so happy for Embrace and so glad that we have insured both of our dogs. The refund was approved quickly and is in the mail. We have been w/Pets Health for years and had nothing but, courteous, times and helpful responses from staff. We have been through some tough orthopedic times in the past 5 years, but our girl, now 11 a Boxer-Shepherd mix Therapy dog has fared extremely well, thanks to VCA's marvelous staff. Thank Goodness for Healthy Paws
Like many other pet parents, I spent time comparing insurance plans and for my Goldendoodle puppy last year. Alfred has fortunately been very healthy, but a month ago was diagnosed with an eyelid condition that would lead to scarring on his cornea if not surgically corrected. I was worried that some "small print" in our policy would prevent this $1000 surgery from being covered. I contacted Healthy Paws and was immediately assured that the procedure would be covered as written in the policy. I received my reimbursement for the procedure in less than a week after I filed the claim. And I even got an email from a claims representative to check and see how Alfred was doing after the surgery. Healthy Paws is the BEST. I will recommend it to every pet parent I know. Embracing and trusting pet insurance
Choosing to become owners of two dachshunds was an immediately happy endeavor. However, the reality of the responsibility of financially caring for them and the probability of them needing care for back trouble caused us concern and fear that we would not be able to afford to give them the care they need and deserve. Embrace Pet Insurance has been easy to implement, has been 100 percent true to their word, has provided excellent customer service. Our first claim is for our 7 month old pup Arlie who injured his growth plate in his leg joint causing him obvious severe pain. Our claim was reviewed and applied within three days. We are set up as direct deposit which again makes the process simple. I provided the claim form to our vet and they filled it out and faxed it over. Easy, simple, and effective. Thank you Embrace for being one of the best decisions we have made for our fur babies!

Healthy Paws made the claim process very EASY. I simply followed and filled out all required information, submitted the claim form with supporting documents, received a personal email asking how my dog (best friend) was doing, and received my check within the time period they stated.
