Submitting the claims was easy. My German Shepard Dog is 9 years of age and my original vet wanted to cut her digit/toe off I found a vet that was willing to treat the toe first with antibiotics. Spot recognized what I was going thru and supported me 100% and my new vet! I am not an actor just a happy customer

I've had several claims with Prudent…
I've had several claims with Prudent Pet and they are AWESOME! They process claims within days, acknowledging receipt of claim same or next day and have always 1) PAID as expected 2) detailed what was covered and paid including showing my deductible/copay or whatever, 3) and paid VERY QUICKLY, as in less than one week. Again, they are AWESOME. Highly recommend.
