Unorganized and will take double the money
I was charged double on October because your company thought missed a payment on August and September when I got charged on August 1st and September 13, 2025. I have proof that your company took out payment on August 1st and September 13, 2025. So why was the payment double at $460 plus for October?

Too long to get reimbursed
In my opinion, wait for 2 or more weeks to get reimbursed is too much. My dog is with a very bad condition and I hope I can get back my 70% as contract. Every month my payment is there, on time. I wish I could have the same from them.
