Every claim I’ve submitted has been covered as expected, with clear explanations and no surprises. Reimbursements come at a reasonable pace—usually within a couple weeks—and it’s easy to track everything through their online portal. Knowing I can get my dog the care he needs without worrying about the cost has made a world of difference. I absolutely recommend Pets Best to any pet owner looking for dependable insurance and a little more peace of mind.
Why I love MetLife
Claims are extremely easy to submit. Your claim is reviewed in a timely manner and reimbursed directly to your bank account. Any questions I have had have been answered completely and to my satisfaction. Support personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. My only complaint is MetLife doesn’t offer horse insurance! MetLife has made my life and Finian’s so much easier. They offer a wide variety of plans at an affordable rate.

Horrible insurance, if you can even call that. they declined two previous claims and paid about 30% if the last claim fir a condition that was not pre-existing.

Great Insurance and Customer Service
So impressed with Fetch Insurance, The coverage was great, premiums were good, claims processing was quick and customer service was tops. Would recommend to anyone, especially to first time pet owners like we were. Unfortunately, our sweet puppy had a major heart defect which ended his life at 7 months and the costs for his care were quite high. The coverage and customer service during this difficult time were tremendous.

Hartville Really Helped!
We have multiple cats and each have coverage through Hartville. When our sweet Millie had an emergency vet visit due to complications with her FeLV diagnosis, Hartville swiftly processed the claim and provided the reimbursement we needed. Coverage vs Price
I changed insurnce companies from Hartville to Spot thinking I was going to save money. I'm not due to the coverage that isn't there. I am thinking seriouly of going back to Hartville due to just a few more dollars I can get better coverage.
Spot is Spectacular!!!

Easy to file claims and quick processing time
Spot makes filing a claim so quick and easy! All you need to do is upload some medical records, vet notes (Spot can also request them for you, but my vet isn't the best at responding), and a brief description about your pet's condition. They have always processed my claims within a week, which I really appreciate.
