A lifesaver
Trupanion has been a lifesaver for our family and our dog. I encourage everyone to get it. We have the low premium/high deductible plan, and didn't use it for the first several years of owning our dog. Then he got very sick, very suddenly. Trupanion reimbursed us over $13k for his two hospital stays, colonoscopy, and ongoing care. We are so grateful to have one less thing to worry about during our difficult time with our pup. He ended up being diagnosed with IBD, Protein Losing Enteropathy, and Lymphangiectasia and Trupanion has made dealing with all of these serious diagnoses easier.

Pets Best is amazing!
I recently lost my dog Olive unexpectedly during a procedure. It was heartbreaking. I was so distraught I could not bear to even call them to have Olive removed from my policy, and I kept procrastinating to avoid the pain, knowing there would be a premium due. However, Pets Best paid the final claim and sent me an email that they were so sorry to hear about Olive and removed her from the plan and updated the premium. They have been wonderful and empathetic. I highly recommend Pets Best.

First time using pet insurance
Recently we got a new pup- Pets Best was recommended to us from a friend. We found the coverage that was perfect for us (to include coverage for some well visit needs as well), downloaded the ap, and found the entire process easy, transparent, and overall great! Reimbursement was quick, and seamless. Account linked for both monthly auto payments, but also auto reimbursement. Would absolutely recommend Pets Best.
Started Off Great, Now a Complete Scam
We had embrace for years. We moved cities and they changed our premium by over $200. We have been previously approved for Physical Therapy for our dog with hip problems and they have now changed the policy so that you have to be in a building with a vet. They have done everything in their power to remove benefits, refuse claims and continue to increase the prices.

"I am delighted with Pet's Best. I trust that claims will be paid, and they are. It is very easy to upload them online, and they let me know they received them and payment comes quickly. I have had many other plans but none were as easy and responsive as this company. Noi hidden fees or deductions.
