In the end, it's a corporation after all.
Despite the opinions of a team of internists and renal specialists, Embrace declined coverage for kidney failure in our two-year old cat, stating her condition was pre-existing. We had to euthanize her having already spent more than $5000 for her treatment. I am a veterinarian myself and cannot recommend Embrace. Put your money into a high-yield savings account or other emergency fund instead.

We had a policy on our dog for about 5 years. It seems like they covered nothing except for a mass and the euthanasia - but that didn't even meet the deductible, so we received nothing. 5 years and several thousand dollars later. I suppose we were lucky that our fur baby only went in for annual visits until the very end when we had a few extra visits. They never covered any arthritis issues b/c somewhere in the notes, the vet mentioned his rear leg was stiff.

My experience has been very positive…
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, I had 3 incidents with my dog in a 2 month period. She is a 3 yr old mix that I rescued from what appears to have been a bad experience for her. The employees at Embrace have been exceptional and patience with me completing the necessary paperwork required for these incidents. The system is very easy to use and although I had to resubmit 1 set of documents (my issue) they were very patient with me. I would recommend Embrace to anyone wanting pet insurance.

The ease of submitting claims is great! But if you have questions, help is only a phone call away… Reimbursement usually comes fairly fast as well…. Sure sets my mind at ease knowing my fur babies are covered by this amazing pet insurance
