Proper Communication is the key
Update review as of February 25,2025 I have to say that i must change my review to 5 stars. this company came through and did everything they always promised. had difficulty at first with the communication with the vet in regards to our reimbursement but now i can say as of last week, we were fully reimbursed and this company came through. I recommend using them, they provide as promise. ———————————————————— This is the worst pet insurance we ever had but our first insurance too. We paid for 18 months, we had multiple cats in the policy. We trusted the reviews until we experienced the service ourselves. They are awful to deal with. Takes a very long time to email back. and they ask for too much information from us instead of contacting the vet /hospital which we gave them the whole complete contact information. They are not helpful at all when it comes to reimbursement time. They said they will contact the vet for more info, and the vet didn't get any calls from them, we asked the vet to call this company and no one is getting back to them. They are just so complicated to deal with until we gave up and ended up just forgetting about this insurance and canceled after paying religiously for 18 months.

I have been a Embrace customer for a quite a few years now. It is not what I expected. My advise is if you ae looking for pet insurance do your due diligence research so you can get the best pet care. It is not the associates, but the options offered, there are so much more out there to consider.

Thanks, overall very happy. The outcome was consistent with what I expected. The submittal process was a bit cumbersome, and I was solicited for feedback before I got my reimbursement checks. But, I'll renew my policy.
