Compassionate support, easy claim submission and quick claim resolution
This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am so grateful for Embrace. My cat suddenly stopped eating and drinking and the vet eventually found an intestinal blockage which is a very scary diagnosis. I called Embrace 2 separate times with questions and each time the person I spoke to was informative and, more importantly, compassionate. Submitting my first claim was incredibly easy and it was processed in 4 days! My cat is slowly improving and it is an incredible feeling to know that if she needs additional care I can provide that for her. Thank you Embrace.
