Amanda helped me today with an issue regarding two claim submissions. I had problems entering my Vet's data. Although this is an IT problem she solved it because she knew that I had been waiting for this to be resolved which to date wasn't. Amanda went beyond her duty as an assistant providing excellent customer service. Fetch in general is great to deal with, always courteous and caring.

SCAM ALERT!!! Beware of this company and their deceptive sales practices!
SCAM ALERT!!! Beware of this company and their deceptive sales practices! I got a coupon code for a month's free service to try it out, called gave them the code and the person said great let's set you up! Went through the sign-up, and at no time was told that the code would not be honored. They ended up billing me for the first month and refused to refund the charges. I cancelled the policy - if they won't honor their promotion how can I trust they will honor any claims? Clearly a shady business, stay clear of them! UPDATE: They applied a DIFFERENT coupon code with a different benefit - not the first month free I had presented - and did not tell me that the benefit was different and they were charging me for the first month. They apparently have a recording of the call which would make all of this quite evident In fact, even after canceling my policy they are still charging me me! See attached screenshots. This is a deeply dishonest company racking up charges they hope they can get away with, and making people fight to dispute their fraudulent charges.

Fetch insurance to the rescue
Fetch insurance has come through for me twice in the last few years. My girl cat likes to get eye infections and she only has one eye and it's never during the week so we end of up at the emergency vet. The claims process is simple and can be completed through the app, once the claim is approved, payment is quick too.

Grateful for Fetch during difficult time
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Fetch in the hope that it helps someone deciding whether to choose them for their beloved pet. My dog was initially misdiagnosed with Hip Dysplasia and a Ligament Injury when, in reality, the condition was Osteosarcoma. Throughout the difficult process of diagnosis and treatment, we had to visit multiple veterinarians and submit several claims over 2.5 months. During this time, Fetch’s app and policy were incredibly straightforward, ensuring that we didn’t have to deal with additional stress on top of everything else. As a first-time pet owner, I’m deeply grateful that I chose to insure my dog with Fetch. Sadly, my dog has since crossed the rainbow bridge, but if I ever find the strength to welcome another pet into my life, I wouldn’t hesitate to insure them with Fetch again.
