I've been with healthypaws for 11yrs+
I've been with healthypaws for 11yrs+. Throughout my dog's life, Millie has gone through two CCL surgeries and most recently surgery to remove masses on her liver. Each time, healthypaws was caring and provided coverage without hassle. I am so glad I chose them so many years ago.

Thankfully Luna had insurance!
We have had numerous pets, but have never purchased insurance. However, when we rescued Luna, a two-year-old American Bully last summer, we knew nothing about her health history, and wanting to provide her the best forever home, we thought insurance might be worthwhile. A great decision! Luna had a serious emergency surgery for a ruptured disc. Her care was covered. We are so pleased with EMBRACE!

I would recommend this company
I didn't file a claim for months after my cat passed away. I got her insurance and a couple weeks later we had to put her down. I had her for 16 years, so my entire adult life. I was pretty devastated and depressed. Also very anxious about calling and filing a claim. The representative made it super easy for me and she was very kind and understanding. The website was easy to use as well. I got refunded for the months my cat was not alive. If I get another pet, I would be very interested in using PetsBest again. I appreciate it being hassle free and I received my refund very quickly

I got Spot Pet Insurance when my Havanese Poodle was 8 months old. So far, I have used it a few times: when my pet was neutered, for puppy vaccinations, and when he was sick (unfortunately). It has been easy to navigate the website and submit the claims. They are quick to review and reimburse for the things that are covered. They communicate promptly, and so far, I am satisfied with their service. I give them a thumbs up!

Pumpkin is fast and easy!
I paid my bill at the vet for $278. It was for a wellness visit ( his first) and I sent a picture of the bill to Pumpkin. In about 10 days I received a check for $177 which is perfect. The $100 difference was for a 2nd shot (they pay for 1) and they paid the most expensive shot....plus my baby needed flea meds so I got them there and thats the other $100. I am very happy with my 1st experience with Pumpkin.

Run! Don't Walk!
When I purchased this policy, I was told that my pet did not have any pre-existing conditions. After I filed the claim, I was told that the treatment she received was for a pre-existing condition. Furthermore, before the policy was purchased, 6 months of records were requested. I had not had this dog for 6 months, so I provided the records that I did have. Again, no pre-existing conditions were discovered. I summitted the claim for her recent visit. Now, 24 months of records were requested, suddenly she has a pre-existing condition. (Mind you, the same records were submitted, as the initial request prior to the policy's purchase). Please do yourself a favor and find yourself a decent insurance company for your pet. I plan to report this to the Better Business, The PA Bureau of Consumer Protection, as well as my attorney. I will share my experience on every electronic review site, social media platform possible, and I encourage you to do the same. In addition to this, I was also denied access to a live agent by their automated phone system, which disconnected me 3x for it's inability to "understand" the information I provided.
