I think that MetLife Pet insurance is one of the easiest insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I absolutely think they are fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone who has and loves a pet.

The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use. Claims are processed very quickly and most importantly, a real human answers the phone without much waiting. I would have given a 5 if Healthy Paws had a mechanism by which one could get pre-approved for a procedure or test. FYI-Price increases are often. I started 12 years ago at $35/month and now pay $140/month. Total increase: 300% Annualized increase: ~12.25% per year Average dollar increase: ~$8.75/year

MetLife Pet Insurance is Awesome
MetLife Pet Insurance is awesome! They are so quick to pay out the reimbursement as long as you provide the correct required documents (which they outline in great detail in the submission form)! Great pet insurance for our favorite four-legged buddy! And the few times I have had to call customer service they were very professional and quick to find resolution. Highly recommend!

Working directly with vet saves so much time and anxiety knowing what my insurance will cover. It also covered any deposit so I didnt have to put money down on a significant claim. I would like to see more explanation on items not covered rather than "Other"
