Not sure it is worth the fee
Not sure if my policy is worth the monthly fee. I submit a claim and it is denied? It is hard to contact CS and the rates have increased twice since we enrolled.

Pets Best is perfectly named
I have had Pets Best for my two dogs for about five years now and this might be the single best insurance company I've ever worked with. They've processed and paid claims with complete ease and great communication.. My 12 year old dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and they have covered all aspects of his care without any kind of resistance. I wish human health insurance was this good! Their service is, without a doubt, worth every penny I pay for premiums.

Pleasantly surprised
Next, share your review on PetInsuranceReview.com! To make it easier, here's what you shared with us on your claims story: "This is the first time I've used Pet's Best" pet insurance for my dog. I was surprised that they were satisfied with the documentation that I turned in, I have had pet coverage for twenty plus years and I was amazed at how seamless the process was. No calling or emailing me for additional information. It MAY be a tad bit more expensive but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind knowing that I don't have to jump through hoops to get reimbursed. If things continue to go the way the past claim went I will be 100% satisfied."
Happy Pet Owner
Pets Best has been very good to work with and the claims processing is quick and easy. The rates are reasonable and coverage great. I would definitely recommend to any pet owner interested in pet insurance.
Caring for your pets doesn't mean going broke
Having spent thousands on care for our dogs, it's helpful knowing we can get quick response and reimbursement to prevent emptied bank accounts and high credit card balances!

Need improvement
We used to have Healthy Paws but with 2 new dogs we tried Pets Best. Their price on one dog was lower but slightly higher on the other. We submitted a claim and it came back and they paid it as it should be paid however they took much longer to pay than healthy paws. I also don't like that they can't mail you a check this way I can tell that they paid it. Instead I had to keep checking my account to see if the money went in. I will reevaluate my contract when it's up.

Easy claim process
Easy claim process, fast reimbursement. I didn’t expect things to be reimbursed this fast so that was impressive. I wish the system let me upload more document after the claim has been initiated. A bit difficult to navigate the communication part as they say to call them but I just needed to email (sending additional invoices, notes from the vet). Hard to find email to send about the claim.

My Experience With Fetch in Paying Bills
1. It was not difficult to attach copies of bills from my computer files and send. (Fetch had previous paid bill information and could by-pass sending copies of past billing.) 2. Acknowledgement of receiving bill statements was almost immediate in an email. 3. Within 10 days received a check for services.
