What a comfort to know there is always someone the other end of the line when we needed them! Trupanion came through with a prompt and accurate payout. I'm so grateful that we chose Trupanion Pet Insurance for our Little Man!!

Excellent pet insurance!
I was skeptical about pet insurance, but every experience with Trupanion has been positive. Everything is very straightforward, they send emails about claim status and explain the processing, which is very fast.

Excellent insurer.. better than VPI
Excellent insurer. fast response, better coverage than VPI.. One thing however.. WHY doesn't anybody cover WELL pet care (yearly shots, etc)???? THIS we thing would be common sense... if nothing more, to save YOUR company money from preventing well animals from becoming sick!

very impressed and relieved!
Our year old chihuahua required surgery for luxating patellas on both back legs. I was very nervous given the bad press about pet insurance and was worried we would have hassles with our insurance claim for Lucy. The first claim was held up due to a computer glitch but the second claim (one knee required a second operation on Dec. 23)went through without a hitch- the cheque arrived at my house Dec. 29!) The Trupanian reps I spoke with by phone were wonderful and seemed to have a genuine interest in making sure everyting went smoothly. I was pleased with the reps and only dealt with one rep who I found to be adequate, but not very friendly. The second operation took place 2 days before Christmas at a specialized vet hospital. I knew it was going to be $$$ (and it was!) but Trupanion came through again, processing the claim in less than a week! In fact the tech that we dealt with at the clinic uses Trupanian for her pets so I thought that was a good endorsement. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the claim was processed and the kind and patient reps (except the one...)that I spoke with on the phone. (And our beautiful puppy is home with us, recovering and doing well!)

You and your cherished pet shoud embrace EMBRACE!
We're in year 2 of our policy and we're still amazed at how fast claims are made. The people at embrace are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and caring. This is astounding with the growing number of customer "no" service companies that consumers are subjected to.

Healthy Paws is the BEST pet insurance
I adopted my dog Kona in January of 2011. In the first few days of having him we spent $500.00 on what we thought may have been parvo. Luckily, it was a false positive but the vet quoted us $1200.00 for treatment, which we didn't have. Immediately, we began looking at many different pet insurances and finally settled on Healthy Paws. I'm so glad we did. Our precious Kona has had pink eye, giardia, an ear infection and recently a broken nail. Healthy Paws has settled each claim quickly and efficiently. In our extensive research Healthy Paws gave the best coverage for the most reasonable price. The claim forms are hassle free and I appreciate talking to a real person over the phone. It's so nice to be able to bring your dog to the vet no questions asked.
