The online process is easy. Refund payments are withing a decent time. I find their price a little high but overall so far I like Embrace Pet Insurance.

I had spoken to Pascal Riopel on Feb. 21st, 2025 and our conversation went very well. I explained what my vet had recommended for my 4-year old purebred Yorkshire Terrier which was accidental insurance. My dog Toby, had his physical in the morning appointment and was deemed perfectly healthy, and at a perfect weight. Pascal was very clear and he gave me three options which was easy for me to choose according to my budget. No complaints. I hope to have many years of great insurance coverage for my pet.
