Absolutely Wonderful
I actually joined Healthy Paws based upon reviews on this website and everything I have read holds true to my experience. Their payment response time is great, every time I have called for customer service their team has been exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they do honestly care about the well being of your pet. I in fact just received a personalized email checking on how my dog was feeling since I recently submitted a bill for an emergency vet visit. I love their service so far and recommend it to any of my friends. My wife even works for a car insurance company, and she recommends customer directly to Healthy Paws when they ask about pet insurance. Great company, great service, plain and simple.

Thank You Embrace!
When I received my second Service Dog - a healthy, beautiful black lab, I knew one of the most important things I had to do was research pet insurance. My first service dog had too many pre-existing conditions (since she was a rescue and had health issues when I got her) and insurance wasn't possible at the time. After researching a lot of companies, I decided on Embrace. I made a great choice! In December, my healthy Service Dog was not acting herself. Initial tests pointed to cardiac concerns, but with further tests were ruled out, and medication cleared her symptoms. I was so thankful! She has Crystalluria, but this is manageable. Embrace was there every step of the way with excellent customer service! Thank you!

Laser Therapy Denied
I have been a customer of Pets Best for over a year and have had excellent service. My concern is that they do not cover laser therapy. My dog has a wound on her foot and the vet is using laser therapy to help heal it more quickly. I would like to see PetsBest consider adding this to their coverage. (My cost is $200 for 6 treatments.)

Healthy Paws is Excellent!!
This is my second review but I think it's important because Healthy Paws has come through again! Since we have had Healthy Paws for our senior dog, they have been excellent in processing our claims and refunds. She has had unexpected, odd health issues and we have had issues when our vet has submitted the claims. Healthy Paws has been very responsive and caring. We highly recommend them if you are shopping around for pet insurance.

Eva Marie's Insurance Coverage Pays Off
Eva Marie, 3 year old Boston Terrier, almost passed away from an unknown illness which the Vet gave her every test in the book to narrow it down. Had to leave her with the animal hospital for 36 hours of constant care. This is an extremely active dog who suddenly was lethargic and couldn't even stand up. But, she suddenly started to improve and is completely well. Receipts sent to ASPCA for over almost $800 and received the correct payment of approximately $475 in about 3 weeks.
