They paid!! no questions asked in 8 days.
Our WESTIE became ill suddenly and died 5 days after being in the best Vet Hospital in L.A. Pets Pest Paid in eight days..no b.s. problems. Pets Best send flowers to our home? My wife was taken back? Pets Best sent a condolence card to us. I couldn't believe it. Pets best paid $7000 out of the $9700 owed. They paid the maximum coverage that I hard bought. Read the fine print!
Upon having my claim flatly denied for a dislocated kneecap on my 3 year old cat, I read the policy and see that patella subluxation is considered congenital and not covered, even though ours was due to an injury. My fault for not reading through everything before signing up!
