At the beginning of having pet insurance
The representative was helpful with answers to assist me with making an informed decision. I chose to get pet insurance as my cats are now 6yrs old and may start needing additional care though very healthy now. I have not yet filed a claim. I am confident they will be helpful when thst time comes.

Straightforward Claiming Process
Filing a claim is easy and straightforward. I appreciate how getting the refund was made seamless as well. It's my first time getting pet insurance with MetLife. My older pet is under a different insurance company, so the ease of the claiming process with MetLife for my new pet was evident to me compared to the other one.
