I got a really quick response when I made a claim for expenses for my dog's cancer treatment. They have picked up 90% of everything so far. We have a very expensive surgery coming up so I sent in a pre-authorization and that was really quick also. I am so glad I don't have to make decisions about my dog's health based on cost.

Raised my rate 300% ($450/mo) So now I either treat my cancer or pay for my cat's illness. Then they have the nerve to ask for a review. Ok, you got it.
