courteous and efficient
I have had Embrace for my Llhasapoo Max for 3 years. I have used the Wellness coverage each year. It is amazing that I can recoup the money spent on shots, yearly exam,etc. The responses and refunds are prompt and courteous.

Very good on reimbursements and follow-ups, once submitted. They did lose some paperwork I had mailed, but when I re-submitted via email, it was quickly processed. So always keep copies if you mail in claims!But they are very nice and helpful and I find service quick! Had 3 claims to submit.

So far no doubt in our choice with Embrace
We recently brought our Mastador Kevin into our family and decided to give pet insurance a try. So far we have had 1 wellness claim that was smooth and quick. Unfortunately we have had one accident claim which is in process, and have confidence it will be just as easy. All forms are user friendly and contact with customer service has been very efficient.

Embrace is the best!
After days of researching Pet Care Insurance, we concluded that Embrace was exactly what we needed. Now more than 2 years later we are so very glad we chose Embrace. With 4 dogs, 2 of them being Saint Bernards which we brought into our family at 10 weeks, we did not anticipate any health issues. Embrace has been there for us at every event and has not once questioned our need to seek medical care for our family of furry friends. Both of the Saints have had to have eye surgery and elbow surgery on both elbows. Our Mini Schnauzer has developed extremely hard to control diabetes and is scheduled to have cataracts removed from both eyes.The research my wife did led us to understand that Embrace was unlike other Pet Care Insurance companies. Embrace actually pays according to the charges and not according to a schedule that has been predefined. As most of us know, an ear infection or allergy for a Saint Bernard is somewhat more costly to treat than the same for a Dachshund. The cost of caring for each breed is somewhat different and therefore does not fit into a one size fits all schedule. Additionally, the staff at Embrace is very helpful and always courteous. Ever ready to answer questions and walk a client through all situations. We recommend Embrace without reservation to everyone looking for pet insurance. For us it will always be our choice.

Love Embrace!
My poor dog has epilepsy! But thank goodness I got insurance for my dogs when I got them. Embrace has been a lifesaver! I am able to take care of my dog and not worry about the costs!!!! Embrace has been very fast refunding all of my claims. I have a lot with all the meds and tests. Thank you Embrace!!!!!
