Best Customer Service Ever!
I had several questions to ask about a claim that we had already submitted. Kendra was very nice and helped with all my questions. I thought of another question several hours later, called back, and luckily, I got Kendra again. She remembered me and my dog's illness and helped me with my other questions. She was very sweet!!!

My 7 month old Vizsla Lenny contacted kennel cough in a day care facility that turned into a slight Pnemonia and he was running a fever of 105.3. Since it was the weekend, I to take him to an emergency Vet hospital. After an overnight stay he responded very well to the antibiotics and is back to his old self. Healthy Paws was easy to work with, very fast to respond and genuinely interested in the health of my dog. A simple email asking how he was doing meant a lot to me. I signed up for healthy paws when Lenny's littermate swallowed a battery and it cost $5,000 to remove it. It's the best investment I have made in a very long time!

Outstanding service and benefits

I have dealt with Trupanion since enrolling Apollo at the age of 4 months. Unfortunately he became very ill at the age of 1 and 1/2 years. Finally diagnosed with IBD. Trupanion was with me all the way and I truly appreciate their commitment to our pets. His recent bout of pancreatitis only confirms my believe in this company. They are amazing!!!
