They are great. They review the claims quickly and get your refund to you very quickly also. Extremely courteous and helpful when you call them. We are very pleased with Trupanion. So glad we have them!!!!

Update to Prior Review
I previously posted a review saying how impressed I'd been with Embrace and this trend has continued. My dog needed a liver panel follow-up ($180) and I had notice of full reimbursement (less the policy's deductible)less than one week after the vet appointment and before I'd even received test results. Amazing!

(Less one star based on an instance where I was not advised of a change in Trupanion's policy regarding one item, which caused a bit of time and effort to resolve to my satisfaction.) Dear Trupanion, Thank you so much for your prompt response - it's been less than a day since I submitted my claim to you, and I just got an email saying that it's been processed! More, thank you for being there. When I first signed up with your company last summer, I was kind of taken aback afterwards - the policy felt like a luxury that I could barely afford. And - also somewhat unnecessary - still 13 years old and insurable then, up until that point my cat Titania had been perfectly healthy. However I have to say that because I took that jump to get on board with Trupanion, Titania has been pretty well saved from 'economic euthanasia'. Since getting the policy, I have saved several thousand dollars at least. So far you have seen her through two fractured teeth, both a heart murmur and arrhythmia, a severe kidney infection, and what appears to be the start of kidney disease. With your help, Titania has gotten the excellent care she has needed, and so the quality of her life right now is actually quite good. In retrospect, taking the initial risk to purchase a policy was such a right decision.

The Best Insurance for my son - Buddy
After a very detailed search, we decided to go with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. And we are super happy that we did it.Six months ago, Buddy was hospitalized after he collapsed. Then later, he diagnosed with DCM ( dilated cardiomyopathy). During this stressful times, it is great to know that at least we do not need to worry about his vet bills. Our claims were settled within a week. Customer service is very professional , very personal and very caring. It is very very impressive how they care about our little paws. Many Thanks to Healthy Paws. Don't Hesitate... Choose the Healthy Paws... You will not Regret .....
