Great Customer Service and Response Time
When I first purchased insurance all paperwork was emailed to me. I couldn't open documents and when I called to ask if they can send to another email, it was done within 5 minutes. No wait time when I call, I speak to a representative right away. I had my dog neutered on March 7, 2014. I faxed claim form to Embrace on March 10th. Received a check for $$400 for my wellness claim within 2.5 weeks. I had 60 days free pet insurance from the AKC. We actually had to use it as my dog ate my husbands eyeglasses and had to rush him to hospital. I sent my claim in the beginning of February. Still have not received a check. Go Glad I did not go with them. Would recommend Embrace. Thank you!!

Service was superior
Claims service was excellent and they meet their commitments to their customers. Very helpful and the thing that really impressed me was that they cared, first think they asked was how was Molly doing. They made sure that I was aware that they were there for us if we needed them again. Nice feeling

Would definately recommend Trupanion
I got a mixed breed puppy and decided to get insurance on her. I have had another dog that had extensive medical bills so I thought I'd get health insurance and see if it was worth the expense. My dog has had to have knee surgery and both knees. Trupanion has saved me $2,000 already!

Great claims response time!
I adopted a stray cat at the end of December who was around a year old. I purchased a policy from Healthy Paws in January and thank God I did. Towards the end of February she stopped eating and became jaundiced. It turned out that she had a blocked bile duct that required surgery. Needless to say the vet bills were enormous, but Healthy Paws paid out on my claims within a week, and emailed to see how my little girl was doing afterwards!

Wow! I'm impressed.
I am so happy to write this review and say that I will tell everyone I know, and my vet, that I couldn't be happier with the way that Embrace handled my 1st claim. They were thorough, communicative, and prompt. They answered all of my questions, worked with my vet and I got my reimbursement check within 4 days of filing the claim. As I said... WOW!

When I got 2 kittens I investigated and read reviews on all the different pet insurance companies. After having a negative experience with ASPCA and my dog I was hoping that all companies were not the same and I could find quality insurance at a fair price. I decided to go with Embrace and their Wellness Plan. I submitted my 1st 7 claims together. Within 1 day I got an email confirmation of receipt of the claim. The following week i got an email saying my claims were processed and the checks were in the mail. Days later I received full payment for all 7 claims.

Excellent Insurance Coverage
Embrace is the best insurance ! My 10 month old lab puppy ate 1/2 pound of grapes which can be toxic --- my vet said to take him to ER. He is doing fine. I am putting all food items away as soon as I get home so he doesn't have the opportunity to "surf" the counter tops. Just within the last month his growth & reach seems to have extended another 6 inches! Embrace processed the claim and I received payment within a week! Remarkable quick turnaround!
