Our beautiful dog suffered from Severe intestinitis, with major bleeding. He was in ICU and required blood tests and an ultrasound. After the ordeal was over, our vet and I submitted all the forms and information requested by healthy paws. I got an acknowledgement of receipt within 1 day, and the claim was processed and check mailed within 2 days (faster than our own insurance!!). Communication was very professional and clear. Thank you.

Great Pet Insurance
My dog recently had cataract surgery and Healthy Paws Pet Insurance paid 90% of the bill. Without the insurance I wouldn't have been able to have the surgery done. Thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance my dog is able lead a happy life.

My boys are in good hands with ASPCA Pet Insurance
I was skeptical when I first signed up for basic accidental pet insurance for my 2 cats who are both indoor/outdoor cats. But so glad I did. Hoover had food poisoning and became ill. I had to take him to the vet when he did not get better which he finaly did after the visit. Even though the claim was only about $300 I was impressed that they did not give me a hard time and that they approved the claim. Since then I have upgraded my pet insurance with ASPCA for full coverage. Their customer service was efficient and courteous.

Awesome pet insurance
I have had Healthy Paws for my two sphynx for almost 3 years. Niles has HCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)/ SAM (Systolic anterior motion) of the mitral valve. Healthy Paws covers Niles scans which are about $250 every year(previously 2-3x/year when first diagnosed) as well as his twice daily heart medicine. I rest assured knowing his medical expenses will not strain me as I know HP will take care of him. I also love that they send me e-mails sometimes checking on him if he was ill. As a pet parent and a veterinary field employee, I appreciate the ease of filing a claim with Healthy Paws. Provide the invoice, claim form, and medical records and the claim is approved in a matter of 24-48 hours. I have never had issues with claims like many other companies often do asking for a summary from the DVM seen, special coding system, or having to re-word things to fit their coding system-- SO NICE!!!

Healthy Paws insurance came through for my pup!
My 14-month-old corgi had to have emergency surgery for an intestinal obstruction (chewed up ball). I'm so glad I decided to buy pet insurance for him when we first got him. I had previous bad financial experiences and you never need that when you're going through hard times with your pet. I hoped that Healthy Paws would come through and they were great! They paid what they were supposed to and got my claims settled within days. The process was super easy. They also kept in touch with me to make sure Harry was better. We are customers for life.

I have all 3 of my dogs insured with Healthy Paws - and any time there has been a problem with one of them Healthy Paws makes it so much easier to get them the care they need without having to worry about the bills. I have never had a claim that did not have an immediate response and reimbursement within a week at most. They are an exceptional company and I highly recommend them to everyone I know. If I do have a serious claim - they also follow up just to see how my dog is doing. Their service is outstanding and I really like the fact that they work with rescues and donate a portion of their premiums, that they do not have a cap on a claim (as most other companies do) and they are honest about premium increases. The peace of mind knowing that your animals are covered is one less thing to worry about when dealing with an issue or sickness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! A++++++++++++++
