Good Name

The name of company speaks for itself, Pets Best! No problems with payment into my account(5 days). The only time I have any problem is with the vet not filling properly. I have two people that signed up for your insurance of my recommendation. They are pleased as I am.

Easy Claims Service

I purchased insurance from Embrace for my Labrador when she was a puppy and it was incredibly easy to get her covered. My dog has since developed bone cancer and Embrace has done an excellent job of fulfilling claims with no questions asked. We have had to bounce around between Veterinarians and Specialists and Embrace has still been able to quickly reimburse claims, provided we supply sufficient medical documentation. I have been getting a quick turn-around on claims reimbursement. Very happy with this service so far.

current claim

i find trupanion overall acceptable but also takes too long to process a claim. 2-3 weeks & sometimes longer for routine claim. Also find there statements difficult to read & follow. The staff are friendly and kind and helpful tho.

fast service

Our beautiful dog suffered from Severe intestinitis, with major bleeding. He was in ICU and required blood tests and an ultrasound. After the ordeal was over, our vet and I submitted all the forms and information requested by healthy paws. I got an acknowledgement of receipt within 1 day, and the claim was processed and check mailed within 2 days (faster than our own insurance!!). Communication was very professional and clear. Thank you.

great coverage

My dog, Ripley, is on liver supporting medication that coats $262.00 a month. Trupanion cover 90% of the cost and I get reimbursed within 5-7 days after submitting a claim.

Great Pet Insurance

My dog recently had cataract surgery and Healthy Paws Pet Insurance paid 90% of the bill. Without the insurance I wouldn't have been able to have the surgery done. Thanks to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance my dog is able lead a happy life.

Healthy Paws is Great

We are so happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! We had insurance with a different company 10 years ago and it was a disaster. The Healthy Paws customer care team does a great job with communication and follow up.

My boys are in good hands with ASPCA Pet Insurance

I was skeptical when I first signed up for basic accidental pet insurance for my 2 cats who are both indoor/outdoor cats. But so glad I did. Hoover had food poisoning and became ill. I had to take him to the vet when he did not get better which he finaly did after the visit. Even though the claim was only about $300 I was impressed that they did not give me a hard time and that they approved the claim. Since then I have upgraded my pet insurance with ASPCA for full coverage. Their customer service was efficient and courteous.
