I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
Embrace has excellent customer service and they process claims quickly. They keep you updated on the status of your claim and are easy to reach if you have questions. Claim forms are sent with your policy and they quick and easy for your vet to fill out. Staff is friendly and professional. Coverage is good and price is fair. We are very happy with Embrace and highly recommend them.

As long as I have a pet, Trupanion has me. Recently had an ACL injury with my Havanese, Poppy. Trupanion did exactly as they said they would, promptly, and with advice to me at every step along the way. Painless, (for me at least).

We adopted our dog Itty bit, he's a maltipoo almost 2 years ago. I thought if I'm getting a dog, the dog will have pet insurance. We have it for ourselves, why not the dog. Best insurance I could imagine. Once you submit a claim, it's processed very quickly and you get your refund. It's very affordable. I recommend them very highly.

I just wanted to take minute and write a review of Healthy Paws pet insurance. To be honest, I couldn’t be happier with them !!My little dachshund Mel had some stomach issues and long story short she had to stay at the vets for 4 days after he ran a bunch of tests, etc. The bill was $850. I submitted my first claim to Healthy Paws and not expecting to get much back (call me cynical) was extremely surprised when I was reimbursed 80% for the majority of her charges. The process couldn’t have been easier, all I did was upload the bill, and 7 days latter I had a check in hand !!! (no lie) This was easier than my own medical insurance !! I have heard some horror stories from friends who pay and pay and don’t get much back when they claim but Healthy Paws was amazing. I don’t think I have ever written a flattering review on the internet but I was so blown away by them I just had to. I recommend Healthy Paws 1000%.

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws!
When we got our puppy a friend told us to GET INSURANCE!!! She had done a lot of research and found that Healthy Paws had the best plans. So, we signed up before we even brought Dude (our F1B Labradoodle) home. In addition to the fact that the plan has more than paid for itself, the claim process is super easy and very fast. We email in our claims and have payment within the week. And, they always send us a follow up email asking how Dude is doing.

ASPCA is the only insurance for my pet
This insurance is the best. I had used another company for my old dog and they were terrible - I ended up canceling. ASPCA is excellent. My claim was paid quickly and they paid more than I expected. My little shih tzu nearly died but thankfully she is back to normal now and keeping her on a special diet from now on.

HORRIBLE COMPANY--BEWARE--DO NOT USE
I have a pet that just had to have surgery that cost over $5000 and they will not pay any of the claim. They are denying my claim because they say it was a "pre-existing condition" YET my VET wrote a letter to them specifically stating that it was not a pre-existing condition and that they have no right to deny my claim based on this. I was told that their veterinarian, who has never seen my dog, thinks it was a pre-existing condition so they are not going to pay it! This company is RIP-OFF!!!! Beware! They will screw anyone they can! After this happened to me, I have talked to several other people and they have had the same problems with them. Don't waste your time or money with this HORRIBLE company!
