Healthy Paws is great !
We switched to Healthy Paws last year and could not be more pleased. There are no benefit schedules; any illness or accident is covered at the selected level and claims are promptly processed and paid. We chose the 80%, $250 deductible level and our June 3 claim was paid on June 9.We would pay any amount of money for our dog's health but it's extremely reassuring to know that he has such excellent coverage for any medical issue that might arise.

Very happy with this Insurance company.
I have had pet insurance on my dog Lizzie for 4 1/2 years and never had to use it. About a month ago, Lizzie had an episode of a urinary tract infection which we took her to our vet and just 2 short days later, she ate an avacado, pit and all which required a trip to the late night emergency vet hospital. I was very unsure of how to submit my receipts for claim reimbursement, but after speaking to a representative over the phone, she walked my through the steps. It was super easy and within about 7-8 days, we got 2 checks in the mail, one for each vet bill. I only wish my own health insurance was so fast. So far I am very please with the way they do business. I received e-mails regarding my claims, and they kept me abreast of when to expect payment. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Unfair....
It's unfair that my dogs have better health insurance than I have. I wish Tufts Health Plan paid claims as quick and effortlessly as Embrace. So far we've been very impressed with your efficient service and follow up.

Compassionate and Caring
We have had Embrace ever since adopting our wonderful Boxer rescue and it has been nothing but a very positive experience so far. Each interaction I have had with Embrace associates has demonstrated their care and compassion for pet mommies and daddies and their pet kids. The communications I have received from Embrace have been excellent and they process claims quickly and efficiently. Purchasing Embrace has been a lifesaver and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Total satisfaction with ASPCA {et Insurance
I am in the third year of my policy with ASPCA Pet Insurance and am 110% satisfied with that company's policy, integrity and honesty. They have processed every one of my claims promptly and completely in accord with the policy terms, conditions and limitations. I have even submitted incomplete claim forms with only a copy of my dog's vet's invoice and ASPCA Pet Insurance has accepted,honored and processed those submissions. Prior to my dealings with ASPCA Pet Insurance I covered my dog's health insurance with a policy from a major competitor of that company. Almost every claim I submitted to that other company was met with evasion, avoidance and attempt to disallow it, require additional information and even unreasonable denial. I have had no such problems with ASPCA Pet Insurance and wholeheartedly recommend that insurer to any and all pet health insurers, I am not a person who writes reviews or otherwise comments on those companies with which I deal. I am writing this review because ASPCA Pet Insurance has earned my absolute respect. Thank you for doing that.
