Highly recommend
my pet became ill and in a matter of days the vet and hospital bills were extensive. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to put my faithful companion to sleep. Pets Best was very sympathic to my feelings and processed my claims in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to all my friends who have pets. Thank you.

Very Helpful - Speedy Service
Trupanion was very helpful. I called before my dog went in for surgery to ask about a pre-approval. They sent the form right away. The surgery was covered. My vet also had an express claim form that was sent directly to Trupanion. We knew before the surgery how much we had to pay and what additional things were not covered under the insurance. Great service

Peace of Mind (and wallet)
I've now had to submit several claims for different problems with my 10 yr. old 11 lb. Maltese/Yorkie mix. Each claim has been handled smoothly and efficiently. Being among those with very low income, knowing I have some financial back-up enables me to see that my wee one gets the best veterinary care.

Unfortunately Vanilla did not recover but we appreciate your concern and help. Including the deductible over 80 percent of the cost was reimbursed. Without the knowledge of having that money available we would not have been able to attempt the treatment that was given.

So far so good!
Embrace has been wonderful so far! I haven't had any trouble and each customer service person I've dealt with via e-mail has been friendly and responsive. My only complaint was a long wait time over the phone and a not so friendly representative once I did get through.

Great Insurance for Great Danes
