100% Satisfaction!
Our cat became ill in undet a year's time of having Trupanion Insurance. They couldn't have made it easier for us. The vet submitted the invoices, we received confirmation of same and then a followup within a day or so informing us of the alloted coverage. Then the check followed shortly in the mail. Our cat is doing great and we have not been financially devastated. We highly recommend Trupanion! It has been well worth it!

Great Service and Fast Claims
I rescued a Greyhound that got a sudden illness. Pets Best came to the rescue and was a HUGE help for me and for Max's medical bills! I filed my claim and was reimbursed extremely fast. I can't say enough good things about this company and what they do for people facing large vet bills like myself.

Dealing with Cushings
Sofia had to have several blood and urine tests to determine that she does have Cushing. I submitted the claims which were handled quickly and the checks arrived in the mail promptly.My only negative thing about the way the claims are handled is that it may seem that in NYC, where I live, the cost of those tests are higher than the allowance set by Petshealth Care Plan. So it was a bit costly for us. Otherwise, the phone people were very helpful, polity and caring.

Brand new customer and I'm already impressed
I just signed my dog up yesterday for Trupanion and I am already extremely impressed with their customer service. I had a few questions about changing my policy, hopped onto the online chat and Cory was able to help me out with all of my questions. He was able to answer everything, double checked the fine print for me, and was very friendly and personable. It's only day 2 of my policy and I'm already very pleased with the customer service I have received.

One of the best decisions we made this year...
Healthy Paws has really been a blessing for us with our little guy, Jake. Submitting claims couldn't have been easier and everyone we corresponded with was very friendly and compassionate - you can tell they truly care about their customers. Jake is 100% recovered from his bladder surgery and it's such an amazing feeling knowing that you can take care of you pets without having to mortgage your future! The reimbursement came much sooner than I anticipated and our first experience with Healthy Paws was nothing short of amazing!

Awesome!
I have a Cairn Terrier, 8 1/2 years old. He has experienced some dental issues involving extractions. Also he had a small fatty tumor removed. ASPCA has always been there for us. Service is exceptional. I feel that the premiums are reasonable as well as the reimbursement. The claims have always been processed timely. Thank you ASPCA.
