Gastroenteritis and Anorexia
Who would have thought that their puppy would get hold of a corn cob after a family get together and stop eating or drinking? Then not pooping and throwing up? Had to take my baby to the vet and he had Gastroenteritis and Anorexia, and sadly had to go onto an IV and spend the afternoon at the vet for barrium and a series of rays. @ days later he was feeling much better, but I will be counting the cobs the next time. ASPCA pet insurance put my mind at ease when it came to the bills. Easy to file claims and a fast turnaround on payment. Thans ASPCEA

Thankful for pet insurance
We have a nine month old puppy who has had a variety of illness from gastro to pneumonia to suspected leg disease. In the first 30 day free trial he got sick and our vet bill was over 700.00 dollars. Trupanion paid 90 percent of all bills except the vet visit. The check was in the mail within a week of the forms submitted. They have paid for exrays, medication. They have always been helpful and seem genuinely concerned about my pet. This is my first experience with pet insurance and now I wouldn't be with out it.

Healthy Paws is great !
We switched to Healthy Paws last year and could not be more pleased. There are no benefit schedules; any illness or accident is covered at the selected level and claims are promptly processed and paid. We chose the 80%, $250 deductible level and our June 3 claim was paid on June 9.We would pay any amount of money for our dog's health but it's extremely reassuring to know that he has such excellent coverage for any medical issue that might arise.

Very happy with this Insurance company.
I have had pet insurance on my dog Lizzie for 4 1/2 years and never had to use it. About a month ago, Lizzie had an episode of a urinary tract infection which we took her to our vet and just 2 short days later, she ate an avacado, pit and all which required a trip to the late night emergency vet hospital. I was very unsure of how to submit my receipts for claim reimbursement, but after speaking to a representative over the phone, she walked my through the steps. It was super easy and within about 7-8 days, we got 2 checks in the mail, one for each vet bill. I only wish my own health insurance was so fast. So far I am very please with the way they do business. I received e-mails regarding my claims, and they kept me abreast of when to expect payment. Can't say enough good things about this company.
