Wonderful dependable service.
All paperwork was handled with great ease. My Vet just faxes Embrace with all that is needed. My little guy, Louie was regurgitating his food and I had no hesitation in taking him to my Vet. I knew that I need not worry about Embrace taking care of this claim.. They have done so in very quick order! I highly recommend Embrace for all pet owners.

Pets Best is WONDERFUL
While I understand Pet Insurance is a business - PetsBest has been nothing short of wonderful when it comes to Nittany's health. Sadly, she has Epilepsy that requires constant care but she is nonetheless a loved member of our family. Healthy Paws was there for us!
We were out of town during Memorial Day weekend when Gizmo ate a piece of diet gum containing xylitol. This required an overnight stay in an emergency pet hospital, extensive tests and treatments and follow-up work once we returned home. Healthy Paws walked us through the paperwork, stayed in constant communication in regards to the information they needed and answered every question we had. Not only that, they inquired as to Gizmo's well-being many times during the process. Payment was faster than we'd expected. We are extremely pleased with our experience.

Quick and personal assistance
So far I've been very pleased with Embrace. There are a few things I've struggled with --- submitting a claim that didn't get processed (which was then handled quickly by a real live agent, saving me extra work), lack of a really good online customer portal --- but overall I feel they do a great job.

No regrets
After having dogs previously that had put us into credit card debt that took us years to get out of we decided to jump in and try pet insurance when we adopted our next dog. We have no regrets since deciding this and have even signed up our second dog. Each time we file a claim the speed at which it is resolved is incredible and every person we have dealt with has been the utmost professional. We can't be happier and we gladly recommend this company to all of our family and friends for their pets.

I secured Embrace for my now 6 month old puppy and have had two occasions to submit claims. On both occasions communications regarding status were prompt and timely and the claim was paid according to the policy parameters. Customer service staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Wonderful Company!
Our dog was diagnosed with IBD in 2011. Since then Pets Best has been WONDERFUL!! It was difficult to get him stabilized initially and he was in and out of vet offices. He is stable now and Pets Best has not only been quick with claims, but also very kind every time I have called. I always recommend Pets Best to friends.
