Hassle Free, Quick, Easy & 100% Satisfied
Took my dog into the vet to have her back leg examed as she would not put any weight on it. The vet took an x-ray and we agreed on starting a less invasive treatment for her injury, pain medication and two other types of pills. Never filed a pet insurance claim before so figured why not, all they can do is deny it. I filled out the top part of the claim form and my vet's office completed the rest and subitted it to Trupanion Pet Insurance. This was on a Thursday. I rec'd an email confirmation from Trupanion that day of receiving the claim. The next day, I rec'd another email from Trupanion advising me my claim is being processed. The following Wednesday, 6 days later, Trupanion notified me by email my claim was approved for the full amount allowed for what my policy covers. I received a reimbursement check a week later. Filing this claim was totally hassle free, no going back and forth, no submitting extra documents or forms. Especially being the first claim, it was very easy and fast. I wish I would have obtained pet insurance a long time ago. I highly recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Exceeds my Expectations
I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my cats for 2 years. I bought if after spending 2500.00 in 1 week treating an acute illness in my beloved cat, Nickie. We lost her as we were driving in the car to take her for a CT scan to find out why she stopped eating. She passed away in the car as we were driving 150 miles to get the scan.The next week we adopted Lexi from the animal shelter and decided to buy health insurance for Lexi and our other cat, Abby (who was age 12 at that time). We have had several claims for Abby and the service has been wonderful. Claims are processed in 24-48 hours and the coverage has been just as described on their website. Abby had an ultrasound last week and the claim was processed in 24 hours. She had some medication that I bought from a online provider and that claim was processed just as fast. I will keep my current pets insured with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for their entire lives, and plan to insure any future pets with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I feel confident that my pets will receive the care they need without my concern for how the bills will get paid. I only wish I had such good health insurance for me!

Excellent service.
I've never been with another pet insurance carrier, but I don't need to try because this company has been really great. Claims are settled and payment received within one week. The process couldn't be simpler. They were recommended to me by someone with multiple pets of all ages who has been with them for years after trying several other companies; she said they are the best, and I believe her. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Pets Best.

They are lifesavers!
I have had Healthy Paws for my English Bulldog for approximately 3 years now and could not be happier! It is super easy to file a claim via email and they process claims lightening fast.. sometimes the same day! My poor baby has had a rough couple of years between knee surgeries and recurring pneumonia and they are the only reason my husband and I have been able to see to it that our baby is getting the care he needs! A life saver!
Tippy got sick suddenly, and we couldn't figure out why. When I took her to the Vet, he ran tests and found that she had pancreatitis. She had to spend 3 days at the Vet and he wasn't sure she would live at first. When she came home it was with a sack full of meds. She is back to her old feisty self, and we are thrilled. The bill would have been the thousands of dollars, a sum that we never could have paid. Trupanion saved her life and our finances. I will never have another pet without this insurance.
