Thankful for Healthy Paws
When we rescued our little blind pit mix Gonzo ( which happens to be our first dog ) we knew we wanted to make sure he was covered as Vet expenses can be costly. We have had to make a few claims so far and the customer service has been great! Making a claim is easy and I couldn't ask for anything more from a company. I swear he has better insurance than we do!!!! Thanks again Healthy paws for everything!!

wish my own health insurance was this good, quick
After being with the same vet clinic for 6+ years I got a bad diagnosis took my dog for a 2nd opinion only to learn that she had a compensated cardiac disease with a murmur. The insurance claim was approved and I was reimbursed for the services all within 2 weeks or less start to finish. They even called me a week later to ask about her and wished her well. So impressed with their customer service..

Better serbice than I believed possible
My elderly Irish Wolfhound contracted a life-threatening E.coli infection at a local ocean beach, and was hospitalized for weeks. At the suggestion of my veterinarian I had put him on a Trupanion policy a few months before, and I watched his bills mount and fervently hoped that they would be covered. Much to my deep gratitude Trupanion did pay exactly as the policy describes. I covered the exams and they paid 90% of the rest. In the past I was always skeptical about pet insurance, afraid they'd use "breed specific exclusions" to avoid payment. But Trupanion is honest and accurate and with their help I was able to afford the best veterinary treatment that money can buy, and I will have more time with my beloved dog. I speak highly of Trupanion now to my friends, and will continue to buy pet insurance from them now for many years to come.

Covered everything we've ever run up against!
Pet's Best is the Best! So thankful for everything they've done for both my babies! They've been there through IBS, colitis, back surgery, multiple MRIs, vestibular events, and much, much more. Last year they paid a $2,500 IVDD claim. Never be without pet insurance. And never be without Pet's Best.

Accident and Illness Claim
Trupanion is a great service. My boxer had to get a TPLO and I had to take off work to take care of her. After the surgery and taking off work I was worried because the surgery was very pricey. Trupanion covered 90% and it was extremely easy to fill out the claim. They kept in contact with me several times to let me know the status of the claim! I am extremely pleased with them and highly recommend them!
