Professional, Great Communications, Integrity!
We recently filed a claim for a visit to our vet that involved some diagnostic work on our Golden Retriever. Communication regarding our claim and explanation of what was covered was excellent. There is a distinct feeling that Embrace really does care and it is not strictly just a business where they try to minimize claim payouts.

I an so glad we decided to use Petsplus as I thought I bought a healthy puppy and when we got her home she has been sick many times and the insurance company has always come through for us. Everyone should get on board with this company, always pays immediately on claims. EXCELLENT

We welcomed Samson into our family as a 10 wk old kitten. We decided to purchase Pet Insurance to cover any unforeseen medical needs, and we are SO happy we chose Healthy Paws Insurance! Healthy Paws could not have been more prompt in processing our claims, and offered extremely professional, courteous, personal service! They even checked in to see how Samson was doing a week later! Gives me peace knowing my pets are protected
Having insurance with Healthy Paws has given me the ability to give my pets the care they need without wondering if it will break the bank. I'm able to follow the vets instructions and do the necessary testing, surgery, therapy, etc. that is required for an illness or injury without the stress of possibly not being able to pay for it. I'm glad I don't have to worry about making a choice between my savings account and my dogs' health anymore. My claims have been handled quickly, and the staff is helpful when I have questions. I have been grateful that my puppy's allergy desensitization therapy is covered after her life-threatening bee sting reaction. Hopefully she will be acclimated to bee stings through the process and avoid future incidents (and prevent me from being paranoid that bees are going to sting her everywhere we go!)

What a blessing to have this insurance
All I can say is thank you so much. I rescued two Italian Greyhounds and wanted to make sure all shot and every thing they needed was done. They have been chipped, shots, teeth and all and this insurance was worth every penny. My check from Embrace was sent in a timely manner and I was so pleased with the help I received from their staff when I send the paperwork in. This insurance is as important as insurance for my self. Healthy Paws is a great company for pet insurance
My Great Dane mix had a cruciate ligament tear of her knee. She needed an extensive and expensive operation to repair. This was my first pet to have insurance and my first claim with Healthy Paws. I was reimbursed exactly according to my policy within 2 weeks and any questions or concerns I had were answered almost immediately. I am very pleased with the coverage and customer service and would highly recommend this company for pet insurance.

We have Trupanion for both of our pups and everytime we have had a small issue or big worrisome problem out stress has been eased knowing we will have Trupanion. Out claims are always paid quickly and everyone I've ever dealt with at the company have been so kind and true animal lovers!

Great to have!
This is the first time i have insurance for my pets. Healthy Paws has been great. Our dog had an unexpected abdominal infection and had to have surgery. Recently he has had a few growths removed. Thank goodness it wasn't cancerous! Healthy Paws has kept us informedon the pending claims and has reimbursed us quickly without any problems.
