Excellent service.
I've never been with another pet insurance carrier, but I don't need to try because this company has been really great. Claims are settled and payment received within one week. The process couldn't be simpler. They were recommended to me by someone with multiple pets of all ages who has been with them for years after trying several other companies; she said they are the best, and I believe her. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Pets Best.

They are lifesavers!
I have had Healthy Paws for my English Bulldog for approximately 3 years now and could not be happier! It is super easy to file a claim via email and they process claims lightening fast.. sometimes the same day! My poor baby has had a rough couple of years between knee surgeries and recurring pneumonia and they are the only reason my husband and I have been able to see to it that our baby is getting the care he needs! Chunk and I thank you, Healthy Paws!

A life saver!
Tippy got sick suddenly, and we couldn't figure out why. When I took her to the Vet, he ran tests and found that she had pancreatitis. She had to spend 3 days at the Vet and he wasn't sure she would live at first. When she came home it was with a sack full of meds. She is back to her old feisty self, and we are thrilled. The bill would have been the thousands of dollars, a sum that we never could have paid. Trupanion saved her life and our finances. I will never have another pet without this insurance.

WARNING!!!
Before you plan on dumping your money on level 3 plan, you have to pay extra just for coverage of any reimbursement. level 1 and 2 do not offer of what it is called "routine wellness". For Level 3 and 4, "routine wellness" for 12 dollars more, offers reimbursement for shots, examinations and other coverage's. I paid 46/month for level 3 already and they want 12/month more just for coverage? That is already too much to ask for. You can find another Insurance policy for the same price and less strict policy. Do not waste your money on ASPCA insurance.

Wasn't sure about pet insurance...
I had two dogs before we got our puppy. One lived until 10 & the other until 13. One had lots of medical expenses & the other none. There was no limit to what I would spend on my pups but I struggled w/ the idea of pet insurance since my experience was split. I have been hearing some terrible stories lately about accidents/illnesses that happen to pets & I decided to get it with our puppy. I work in insurance so have an appreciation for the peace of mind it gives you but figured I would self insure for pet emergencies. I have heard too many stories recently about pet emergencies so I decided to get it & so far am happy with it. I think Embrace is a reputable company especially since my employer (a property insurance company) of 18 years has an alliance with them. It really does give you peace of mind.

Thanks
I am so very satisfied with my ASPCA pet insurance. My Rotti had a lump and had to go in for surgery. The lump ended up being cancer, but the vet said we just need to monitor it. Through the entire process the representatives at the ASPCA took the stress and worry off my mind and processed my claim quickly. I was so happy I didn't have to worry about my claim processed and I could focus soley on my baby. They called as follow up and also sent nice cards which I thought was such a special touch. I would recommend the ASPCA insurance to all my friends.

Tick Disease & Skin Infection
Wonderful company. Fast claim process and they really care about the animals and their health. Have recommended to several people and will continue. Friendly and concerned about the fur babies. :)

claims@trupanion.com doesn't receive email claims
I attempted 3 times to send claims to the claims@trupanion.com and apparently, no one received them. I even sent them to a person whose name I had and she said she never received them either, yet I have 3 confimed sent emails. So I am not sure what happeded. I finally went thru my emails and found a girl in the underwriters dept and I emailed her and asked for her assistance and I finally got around to sending them to her and she took care of everything. so I am not sure whats wrong with you claims@trupanion.com site but my claims went out to somewhere although I sent it to that website 3 times to no avail. this happened on another occasion but that was via fax. I like this company but they need to look into that email address because my emails with my claim forms attached sent to that email went nowhere, not once but 3 times.
