This IS the BEST pet insurance.
I have had other pet insurance, but will now only use Pets Best. Our dog has allergies and we see specialists along with our regular vet. There has never been an issue with the number of visits. Payment is easy at 90% for our policy. None of the reasonable and customary stuff. Filing a claim is so fast and easy. I use the on line service. Payment is also fast and easy. I have told all my pet owner friends about Pets Best. When your pet is ill your do not want to worry about what is covered, filing a claim and when will you be paid. The representatives I have spoken with are so knowledgeable and understanding.

Fantastic
Embrace may be a bit costly up,front but is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!! They process claims quickly, are fair, follow their guidelines and the customer service is excellent. If you have a breed prone to issues, insure them with Embrace ASAP. I have had 2 Yorkies with knee and hip problems and it has been worth every penny. Not to mention, the insurance has allowed me to,get help, for,my dear ones when I did not have enough savings to cover the costs.

Gastric Upset
Belle had a terrible stomach ache that lasted for many days with diarrhea and vomiting. She ended up very dehydrated and needed veterinary care. She spent two nights in the hospital on IV fluids and antibiotic. Her tests did not show any GI obstructions but she did show overgrowth of the natural bacteria in her stomach. She came home with more antibiotics and probiotics. At home she did well for a couple of days and then the symptoms returned. She went back to the vet for a half day of observation and some subcutaneous fluids. She slowly recovered over another week at home and is now back to her normal goofy self.

"Cold calls" just to check in on my dying boy.
The love of my life, my male black lab, Raven (13.5 yrs, blind due to retinal degeneration, "old dog vestibular" imbalance, Stage II Mast Cell tumor removal, and Canine Cognitive Dysfunction/"Doggie Alzheimer's"). All of this except blindness within the past 6 months. With all the stress of moving from KY to NC and changing vets to finally now having one that does hospice and house calls, ASPCA has not only worked with me on claim submission and called when they haven't seen a claim for a while, but they have called twice just to ask how Raven is, how I am, etc. They are genuine - as are the dogs I hear in the background that the employees bring to work with them; love that. It's almost impossible to insure a dog over 10 years. ASPCA insured Raven at the highest level of coverage available at a very reasonable cost. My submissions last week to them (inc. imaging at UT) was over $3,000. The woman on the phone didn't comment on my waiting to submit so many at once except to say that if there was any way ASPCA could help as I deal with the knowledge that my baby is dying, don't hesitate to say so. As a nurse, it was rare that I saw people treated this well - and definitely not from our health insurance or the hospital business office. Raven's 7-yr-old sister Emily (yellow lab with ITP) is also insured with ASPCA. What I have written still doesn't describe the depths of my gratitude for them. I've had other insurances and they have been nightmares. ASPCA is a dream com

Merci Beaucoup, Embrace!
We went to France for 5 months and took our German Shepherd dog with us. When she got bronchitis and had severe problems breathing, we took her to 3 different vets. We weren't sure if our Embrace policy would cover us abroad, but thankfully it did. The staff was very helpful and fast in processing our claim. Merci beaucoup!

Great Service but disappointed
I have had Embrace since my dog was a puppy, six years ago. Seems I pay my policy but it never pays me for claims. Maybe time to investigate other pet insurance carriers. Service us great but disappointed in the policy.

Best investment for my pet...ever!
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a God send to us and our dog Annie. After owning a dog with many health issues and no pet insurance, we were very aware of the costs that can add up in the lifetime of a pet. When we adopted Annie, we researched this site for the highest rated pet health insurance. Healthy Paws was the highest rated and seemed to be the easiest to navigate. After owning Annie for only one year, a mammory tumor was found. We knew that she needed surgery right away, along with tests, X-rays and biopsies. With Healthy Paws, paying for her care was never a concern. I tell all of my pet parent friends about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!

Healthy Paws doesn't operate like an insurance co.
We have had insurance for our 4 dogs for almost a year and we have been lucky.. out dogs haven't had any healthy issues. Zero. Then all of the sudden one of our dogs got a strange infection in her chest/throat area that was hard and lumpy. We bounced back and fourth between our regular vet and animal emergency (our dog got really sick the Friday before memorial day weekend, so we didn't have access to our normal vet). We were in emergency 3 times over 3 days. Then back to our vet on Tues, then referred to an internist/specialist who we are working with currently. I am writing this review on 6/7 and our dog stated to have health issues the second week of May. And for the people that like "bottom line" information, we have spent over $5100 in treatments for our dog in the month of May... and we have received 70% of that back from Healthy Paws. (We have a 70% coverage plan based on her age). She is still recovering (she has some sort of auto immune disease) and we have a ways to go until she is back to normal... but she is on the mend and this entire process was made a lot less stressful because of Healthy Paws. We have already received our reimbursement checks and it really lightens the load during this stressful and expensive time. My research in to pet insurance companies has paid off... Healthy Paws is an impressive organization. If you don't have health insurance for your pet, get it asap. And if you haven't decided who you are going with, go with Healthy Paws

Compassionate and honest service
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been covering my furry babies for many years, and I have been very satisfied with the customer service, ease of filling out claims and the quick turnaround for reimbursement. Through the years, several of our cats have passed away, and when the company heard about our loss, they were very supportive and compassionate. I highly recommend this insurance to others.
