Amazing, honest coverage
In their leaflet, Trupanion talks about how they won't deny coverage just because a dog is unlucky. Unfortunately, I have that previously unlucky dog. But Fortunately, and thanks to Trupanion, my pug has become incredibly lucky and happy and healthy. I am eternally GRATEFUL to the honest and wonderful people at Trupanion for the extensive coverage they provided. My pug is awesome now an looks like a puppy again, and everyone on the streets of NYC comments on that. Trupanion covered everything they promised to, did so cheerfully, and quickly. Amazing. I implore everyone who gets a dog to get insurance. If you can afford a dog, you can afford insurance, and it's the right thing to do. And if you do, please give Trupanion a serious look. They're amazing.

Great Prompt Service and Reimbursement
They have been wonderful with claim processing typically taking less than 24 hours to process the claim and mailing the reimbursement check out. THey are also very prompt when answering questions and understanding when reviewing plan coverages.

Best piece of mind
Since we found out about a year ago that our dog had hypothyroidism and would have to be on medication the rest of his life, I was so thankful I had gotten pets best insurance for him. It gives me peace of mind that they cover his meds and get appointments. I love how they notify you that your claim was received and processed and how much the reimbursement will be. They are very efficient and fast in processing claims. I recommend them to everyone!

Not happy with the increase of premuims
My dog just turned 5 and I have had your insurance from the beginning.It has increased so much that I have had to drop my second dog to be able to afford it. In three years my payments have gone from $45 to $56 and this year it would be $70 for one pet. And that was going with a higher deductible. I have stayed with your insurance because of a "pre-existing" condition, but I can no longer afford to do this.

Amazing Insurance
I have been with Healthy Paws since 2012. Our Bella was a rescue and immediately after doing our research on pit bulls we found that they tend to blow out their knees. We asked other dog owners what insurance they went through and several of them said Healthy Paws. So we signed her up. DOING THIS WAS THE BEST THING WE EVER DID. Not only do we not know her history but our poor Bella is constantly sick. We have spent thousands of dollars on our girl and she was finally diagnosed with Addison's disease and Irritable Bowel Disease. Most of her vet bills are thousands of dollars and I would not be comfortable shoveling out this money except for the fact that I know I am at least getting 80% of it back. Healthy Paws is amazing. Within ten days of me submitting claims (which is all available to do online) I receive a check in the mail. It is incredible. My husband and I are so grateful. Bella's medicine usually costs anywhere from $300-$400. We feel such a relief knowing some of it will be returned to us. Healthy Paws constantly checks in on Bella and they are so wonderful explaining what is covered and what is not covered. If you do not have pet insurance this is the company to go with. Healthy Paws is reasonable and I could not be happier.
