Easy and Satisfied with Service
The claim process was straight forward and fast. I filled out the claim form and emailed it over. I got a confirmation that it was received and shortly after that I received my reimbursement back. Will continue to use VPI.

Great service and quick reimbursement
My 7 years old Jack russell terrier had mass removal. It cause almost $600. Once my vet's office faxed over the invoice to Healthy Paws Insurance the next day I got response stated the claim was processing; and the following day said the check is ready to mail. All processing and received the reimbursement check with in a week. What an awesome company that I can depend on. I am so happy with their service; and would recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends who has pets.

Expensive First Year
If you have ever had a puppy, you know that first year can be an expensive one! Our little Berner girl had so many illnesses that first year. Luckily, I had Trupanion from before I even brought her home. If I had a question, I could email or pick up the phone. The phone staff is incredibly friendly and helpful... no matter how many times I call! They will walk you through anything. If I have a claim, I can email the form in, or mail it, or... best of all, my vet will file it for me! And it never takes long to get a notice that the check is in the mail. I love the flexibility of choosing my own deductible. I have a $0 deductible because you never know when an emergency will occur and I never want to be in a position when I have to decide I can't afford to treat my dog! Sometimes vet bills run into the thousands of dollars... why take the chance? I would rather pay a few dollars more a month. I will say that my rates did go up for year two and three, but I just got a notice that the rates will not go up this year! Over the lifetime of a dog, the rates are still reasonable and the savings definitely make it worth it!

Flexible and Helpful
Great company....initial claim was partially paid. Upon discussions Embrace reversed their earlier decision and paid the entire amount in my favor. This showed a flexiblity and common sense approach that overcame what might have been a bureaucratic headache. Kudo's and high marks. Rating would have been a 10 if claim was resolved a little faster.....may have been delayed with the holiday tho.

Healthy Paws cares about our pets!
My 3 year old Lab recently was hospitalized for a foreign body, requiring a 5 day stay in the hospital. When I picked him up I used the Mobile App to submit the claim. The claim was processed and a check was in the mail before I arrived at my home 1 hour later. A few days later I received an email from Customer Care checking on Enzo. I can not say enough about the high quality of this product. From Excellent reimbursement to first rate customer care, I refer all my friends and clients to Healthy Paws for their pets.

Grateful to have VPI
I am so grateful to have VPI Major Medical Plan. My dog had to have a TPLO for her complete ACL tear. The procedure was expensive but VPI covered everything minus the tax (but who cares!) If you love your pet and think in the future, VPI is way to go.

Excellent service! Better than expected.
Our dog was very sick and had to spend the night at the emergency clinic for treatment. We were never able to find out whether it was a toxin or a rogue virus. The vet bill was high, but Healthy Paws came through for us with 80% of the cost within a week of filing our claim. Also, I love being able to submit claims on-line. the process was flawless.
