Golden Retriever with Cancer
Our beautiful 6 year old golden retriever was diagnosed with cancer. He was so young and I knew we needed to fight this disease. Luckily, we have insurance through Healthy Paws. They have been an amazing partner in Duke’s treatment! Once I had the paperwork from the vet I needed, filing a claim with Healthy Paws and receiving reimbursement was seamless. This organization is caring and compassionate about dogs and it shows in how they deal with dog parents. If it wasn’t for their support during my boy Duke’s journey I am not sure where we would be right now. It’s truly a blessing Duke is happy, playful, strong and definitely a joy in our lives. I am so fortunate to have friends recommend Healthy Paws to us. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone!

Not worth the cost
Pet's Best is easy to use, but they only paid about half of my vet's charges from my dog's recent wellness exam. It's not worth the premiums.

Dog cancer treatment and coverage
My dog has cancer and has required diagnosis, CT scan, amputation, chemotherapy, etc. I submitted a claim for each visit. The claim consisted of the vet bill and a very brief explanation (usually one sentence). I've yet to speak to a person. The reimbursement shows up in my bank account within a day or two. I don't think the process could be easier and I am completely satisfied with Embrace. I will ensure any future pets with them.

Great Experience
Pets Best really is the best. Filing claims are easy, the explanation of benefits is concise and reimbursement is quick. They are the reason why my dog with stage 5 lymphoma is still alive.
Generally happy with this insurance
Generally happy with this insurance. However they offer a dental allowance of $1000. Nowhere does it say that the deductible has to be met before being reimbursed for dental. It appears as a separate allowance on the policy. Had my dogs dental done last month expecting to be reimbursed the 1000 only to be told that the deductible had to be met first. The deductible is as much as the procedure. So what is the point of offering dental? If you have an otherwise healthy pet and don’t meet the deductible you won’t get the dental allowance. Very misleading and frustrating 😡

Extremely prompt and helpful!
I have a 2 year old pup and have found the customer service representatives at Embrace to be extremely helpful and pleasant, Assistance is readily available when you need them. Reimbursements are extremely fast as well. I am grateful for Embrace pet insurance.
