Richard Bowers helped me choose the best policy for my dog
Nationwide decided to eliminate the policy under which my dog was insured which was the most comprehensive coverage a customer could get. Richard Bowers spent a substantial amount of time on the phone with me discussing my options for the right insurance policy for my dog and helped me narrow the options,down to the policy I ultimately purchased. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. Richard should serve a role model for fantastic customer service.

Year 2024 was my beginning with Embrace
Overall they were pretty good. I'm not computer literate so had some trouble figuring out how to send the claims. Ended up mailing them. Communication was good. I got reimbursed for most of my claims. Only one I had trouble with was the claim for the ER visit. Only complaint I have is the first year my premium was a little over $300 THIS YEAR it's over 1600 plus. I haven't turned in any claims for 2025. I was not happy and don't understand why, Hope it goes well this year.

This may change after the service starts
This may change after the service actually starts. I understand the insurance industry has rocketed in price, but I was still a little shocked at the monthly price, and thus, did not add my dog. Just accidental and routine care would have been over $100 for my young dog who has no pre-existing conditions. I pay $20 a month for my 8yr-old daughter… If the claims are honored as listed, do not take 2 months to process (like past pet insurance), and service is great, my score may go up.

So far, so good!!
I've never used pet insurance before but decided it might be a good idea when we brought our new Frenchie fur baby home. Unfortunately, we did have to file our first claim relatively quickly, but everything went very smoothly. The filing process was easy, the communication with my vet and I was timely and clear. There was a slight delay, so they informed me of that via email to keep me updated with the status. And finally, once the claim was approved, it was explained very precisely and clearly, so there were no questions as to what was covered and what wasn't or why. So far, so good!!
