Such a good decision
Our 2 YO Lab ate a sock (not his first time; probably not his last time) that became an obstruction (hopefully the last time!). He needed emergency abdominal surgery requiring an overnight stay at the clinic. He seemed well on his way to recovery, but a few days later his condition worsened to the point where he required another emergency overnight stay with the vet for IV fluids and monitoring. He eventually bounced back and is 100% fine. Embrace accepted all claims immediately and processed 3 out of 4 of them within a few days. The last claim took longer because they needed more information from the vet, but it too was acceepted at the full benefit. We are so thankful to the vet for taking care of our dog and to Embrace for offering this affordable service to assist with unexpected emergency costs.

Totally satisfied, better than expected.
Vet submitted claim papers. I was notified by email when Pets Best received claim. They said they would begin processing claim right away and that most claims are completed within 10 days. The next day they notified me that my claim was completed and approved and a check would arrive in 5 -7 days. They encouraged me to sign up for direct deposit for even faster reimbursement. I could not be happier with their service.

Quick Turnaround and Exception Service
We just started with Healthy Paws at the beginning of the year and I've been incredibly impressed. Our dog Soupy got the tip of his tail bitten off and had to have part of it amputated so it would heel. I submitted my claim online and it was wrapped up in 36 hours and I received a check soon after. I submitted a follow-up invoice for post-op medications on the iPhone app and couldn't believe how easy it was. In both cases, I received a very clear summary of exactly what was covered. The entire process was incredibly painless and let us focus on Soupy's recovery. I also reached out the support line to ask a question about the claim process and was able to speak to someone quickly who answered all of my questions. I am very impressed with the responsiveness and great service at Healthy Paws and I highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend!
I have a lab that is almost two years old and as you know- labs eat everything!! She was able to eat a leaf from a sago palm and by that evening she became very ill. I took her immediately to the emergency clinic and they were able to treat her and today she is showing no signs of illness. I brought her home on a Monday- submitted a claim that day and by Tuesday they had completed my claim and mailed a check. Healthy Paws even followed up with me to see how she was doing- my own doctor doesn't do that! Would recommend!

Very Impressed. Glad I did it...
I wasn't sure about getting pet insurance for my puppy since it didn't seem necessary. However my sister who has an older dog and others had urged me to consider.I really researched all of the pet plans thoroughly and though I didn't know anyone else who was using HealthyPaws decided it really looked like the best option for me. Honestly, my vet was recommending another service but it didn't seem like the plan overall was as good for several reasons. All I can say is my experience has been fabulous. The bad news is my puppy has been sick, ate something that disagreed with him, stepped in something that made his foot swell up, needed some tests, etc. HealthyPaws is SO easy and SO QUICK about processing and payment. I have been shocked. I submit a claim one day and seem to get a check in the mail a couple days later. I am telling all my new pet friends and urging them to try HealthyPaws!

My dog had a swollen face that was diagnosed as a fractured tooth. The vet prescribed antibiotics to treat the infection and then scheduled surgery to remove the fractured tooth. While in surgery the vet found another fractured tooth and removed both teeth. I sent in the claim and Pets Best paid it in less than one week.

Recently my 11 month old puppy became very ill and needed to be hospitalized. He spent 4 days in the hospital while the drs performed sonograms, bloodwork, etc to try to diagnose and treat him. Having to hospitalize your puppy (or dog of any age) is a very frightening and stressful event. Vet hospitals also charge high rates for all of the tests and medications not to mention the hospitalization fees. This was one thing however that I did not need to stress about at all. I knew that Healthy Paws would process the claims. I submitted the vet bills using the app for my iPhone- which is so easy and quick! All of my claims were processed in about 24hrs. I received the checks within a week of submitting my claims. The peace of mind of not having to worry about the financials of the treatment and just being able to focus on my dog and getting him better is priceless.

We have two new puppies and this wellness plan is great. We took them to the vet on 02/24 and faxed in the claims and they have already been processed and our money will be in our bank account by tomorrow, couldnt ask for more
