Healthy Paws made major surgery much easier!
My dog Fleur had to undergo major surgery for a thorn ligament. Knowing Healthy Paws was there to cover us made the whole process so much more comforting.

You saved Hunters eye site
Our half black lab half golden retriever dog Hunter ended up with diabetes a few months ago. We have been trying to get it under control with Insulin. With in a month of his diagnosis he went blind from cataracts in both eyes. He is only 71/2 years old and we were just devastated from this diagnosis. It all happened so fast. The on-going cost of insulin and constant checks of his glucose every week have been so costly. We wouldn't have known what we would have done with the eye surgery if we didn't have Embrace Insurance. The cost of the surgery was close to $6,000 with all of the eye drops, ointments and inflammatory medicines we needed to give him. Thank you thank you to Embrace for paying for so much of his surgery and medications. I can't even think of him being blind for the rest of his life. You are a lifesaver for him and our family. It has been 3 weeks and he can see again and has his fun personality back. The diabetes is a work in progress to get under control which Embrace has been a lifesaver helping to pay for that medication too. I really dont know what we would have done without Embrace. I tell everyone I see with a pet to call and get a quote, it is so worth it. Thank you!

Changes in coverage more exclusions higher premium
My dog just turned 6. He has had this insurance since he was 6 months old. They just sent me the renewal forms and have renamed all the plans. The exclusions have increased and the premium has increased. Even user the current coverage they reimbursed me less than in previous years. In the past they have done well to process my claims and I thought they were doing a good job.

I love VPI
We bought a policy for a beautiful puppy, Bruiser, without really thinking we would ever need it. After 4 short months of owning bruiser, he had a terrible accident, for which he needed major invasive surgery. We had to pay over $2,500 out of pocket to cover his procedure. Not only did VPI pay for the surgery, they also covered a preventative procedure that we included to ensure that his stomach would never twist. We filed the claim and were paid the vast majority back within 2 weeks. VPI is awesome and I highly recommend them to everyone who loves their pet!

Pets Best is the best!
Lola was a very healthy and happy dog until her later years.Pets Best helped me with some very expensive tests and meds. I never had any problems with claims, and would like to say thank you for helping me with her medical bills toward the last years of her life, and her death, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to submit the bill for her cremation and it was covered.

Speedy & efficient claims-processing!
My vet recently took biopsies of 5 lumps growing under the surface of my 9 yr old dog, Hero's, skin. Fortunately, according to the pathologist's report, they were all benign. But, this was expensive!Embrace processed my claim speedily and emailed me regular updates of the review status along with a link to get details on line. It was so easy and relieved my anxiety along the way. Plus, I got a great reimbursement!

So far since they updated their policies they are great.They pay me back usually with 24 hours. This can matter a great deal when a person has an older dog with multiple issues. As our vet does not accept the credit cards for our dog. So it prevent us having to change vets. I imagine for some people it is very helpful. Often in my experience companies can delay paying on the last day possible.

Excellent Pet Coverage
ASPCA is amazing!! The coverage is great, the claims process is supersimple. The peace of mind we have is well worth the monthly cost,which by the way is very affordable. It gives me peace of mind to know my pets are protected with coverage for sickness and medical emergencies. Great value if you love your dog.
When my first dog had to have eye surgery in 1995, the surgeon told me, "You're the kind of owner who would spend your life savings to help your dog...you should seriously consider getting pet insurance." It made sense, so after looking into it, I signed up with VPI. 20 years, 3 dogs, and 4 very expensive surgeries later, I couldn't be happier with my decision. The value and piece of mind is more than worth it.
