Best Decision I Ever Made!
I have a dachshund and I got Embrace pet insurance because they cover "breed specifice" illnesses. Dachshunds are very prone to back issues (IVDD) and I wanted to make sur that the pet insurance I bought would cover back surgery since it is very costly. I decided to get covered after hearing my neighbor's story with her dachshund in February 2015. Luck would have it that MY dachshund ended up having three slipped discs because of IVDD in April 2015 and needed back surgery. The surgery cost me $6,000 but Embrace covered 80% of it. I was extremely afraid that Embrace would reject my claim for some ridiculuous reason, but they did not! They honored the claim and processed it within a week. Excellent company and worth the money to buy the insurance!

I tell complete strangers about Pets Best!
I HAVE THE HIGHEST REGARD FOR PETS BEST. Claims are paid promptly and as expected. Pets Best has seen my German Shepherds through cruciate ligament surgeries, post operative paralysis and MRI, physical therapy, toe amputation, removal of half a thyroid and bladder stones as well as the latest problem, pyoderma. I would not be without pet insurance and (given experience with another pet insurer) I would only trust Pets Best to provide it. I stop complete strangers with dogs to tell them about Pets Best. With help of Pets Best, my dogs have had quality lives as long as 13.5 yo, very old for a GSD!

Awesome Experience! The Very Best
I bought Pet's Best for my chow chow and it's the best decision I have ever made. They are superb with any questions, the claim process is so easy, merely submit online, the turn around time is excellent; usually within 24 to 48 hours. Adverse Reaction to Distemper Booster
Recently, my 9 year old cat needed a distemper booster shot, and for the first time in his life, he had a bad reaction to it. He was back and forth to the vet for two weeks getting fluids and receiving treatment. We were so worried about him! Thank Heavens I didn't worry so much about the bills, and could focus on being sure he got the treatment he needed. His illness and the treatments and medications were covered! I would never have a pet without insurance ever.

Excellent coverage, quick payment...a life changer
My dogs are very active and injuries seem to come with the territory. Recently, we were on vacation and all three of our dogs killed a porcupine. They were covered in quills...each had multiple surgeries over the course of a week to remove the quills from their mouths, throats, paws, chest, etc. It was a nightmare and one week of care amounted in over $3000. Healthy Paws covered a huge chunk of our expenses and had a check to us in 4 days. They are incredible. I recommend them to every person I know with pets.

THE #1 PET INSURANCE - Proven and Earned!!!
The only bad experience with Healthy Paws is that they make me realize how awful insurance companies for humans are! My 8.5 year old boxer boy underwent his first surgery to remove a mass growing on his back. I contacted Healthy Paws claim department and was able to speak to a live person within minutes who provided me an estimate within hours! My appointment was on a Monday; I received an email confirmation confirming receipt of invoice on Tuesday; on Wed, my claim was processed. I received my reimbursement check by Saturday! REPEAT: I received the reimbursement in less than a week from the day of surgery. It's no wonder they are ranked the #1 pet insurance covering 90%. I have tried to tell all of my friends at the dog park and vet's office about my experience because I wish someone would've told me sooner! With all of the love I have in my heart for my Maximus who is everything to me, I thank you Healthy Paws!

ASPCA has been a good choice for my dog.
My last dog was ill and cost me a lot of money on vet bills. When I adopted Baby my beagle I wanted to make sure that he was covered. I chose ASPCA and have been very satisfied. I have had the coverage for 7 years but until recently I didn't use it much but now it is really paying off.
