Great and Reliable Service

Greetings,We recently got pet insurance for our 10 year old Lab, Abigail. Only a few months after gaining insurance, we ran into some potential health problems that needed attention. We were initially disappointed to learn that a portion of the process would not be covered. Fortunately, we had the option to request another review of the claim and through an organized process, gained approval. The outcome confirmed that we will remain thankful and grateful for pet insurance for years to come.

Best Decision I've every made
In late 2014 I took Embrace Policies out on my two 7 year old pugs. Two months after taking out the policy my female developed diabetes and became 70% blind within a matter of days, and just recently had to have cataract surgery in both eyes. With Embrace the decision to provide a good quality of life for here was easy. The claims have been paid promptly relieving the financial stress.

Update Pets Best Insurance
So far so good with Pets Best and their new ways of doing things. I have an elderly dog and am conservative but he has had many issues. So far I have not had an issue. So far they have been just as good as the other companies I have delt with who in the past did seem much more prone to pay claims.But you can be sure knowing and understanding how all this works, I will let everyone know what happens in the future. I get more confident each year that they are living up to their new claims and are as reliable as the other companies. I feel it is important the public know and reviews with follow ups are important. So when they buy insurance they have an accurate idea what to expect. So far my dog is older, he has had some major issues and they have paid. Will keep updating.
