Has saved us money in vet's bills.
Our two year old leonberger cracked his molar by gnawing on a knuckle bone. I opted for a root canal rather than extraction because of his youth. The vet bill was $2100.00. Embrace sent me a timely check for $1648.00. Knowing he was covered gave me peace of mind with my decision to opt for the root canal. We are extremely satisfied with Embrace Pet Insurance.

I have recommended Trupanion and Mohnacky Pet Hospital on several occassions. The insurance company is great and works well with the hospital.They've known my dog since he was a young pup, and he actually gets excited to go there.

Peace of Mind kind of insurance
There are tons of pet insurances out there and many promise but I found that only a few deliver. Healthy Paws Pet insurance has always delivered and they have proven over the years that they truly care! Here are my comments in bullet points so it's easier to review:1. 100% reliable and have never been deceptive about their services. they never tried to nickel and dime me 2. prompt reimbursement 3. easy to reach customer service and prompt feedback. Very courteous staff! 4. I am so happy I have an insurance for my pet on my side that makes my pet number one! that gives me peace of mind! 5. their insurance prices are very competitive and their service offering is excellent!

We are very happy we got ASPCA pet insurance. They offer a great service at a reasonable price. They respond positively quickly to our claims, in fact faster then people insurance companies, and are very cooperative and friendly and helpful.

Poor insurance
We had a poisoning problem with our Lab 10 month old puppy, chewed up wife's inhaler that got knocked on the floor accidentally, happened after hours. Trupanion wouldn't cover the emergency vet's initial exam nor his follow up exam since they don't cover routine exams, how these were routine I don't understand. Also took nearly a month for them to pay anything on the claim, lousy service, find someone else.

great customer service
This is my first experience with pet insurance. After many years of being pet owners, we recently adopted 2 rescue dogs. Not knowing backgrounds of the dogs, we thought it might be a good move. One of our dogs had some minor health problems from the beginning which were considered pre-existing, but by the time we had our first annual physical and the wellness exam was covered, I felt it was a good thing. Then our 2nd dog came down with some serious issues which will take considerable time to treat. Embrace has been responsive to all communications and quick to reimburse claims. We realize we made a great choice with Embrace.
