Well Worth It

Our vet recommended Trupanion after noticing that our lab/pit puppy (Rocky) had a tendency for eating soft things (stuffing). Our decision to insure Rocky turned out to be a great decision. Within 10 days of signing up, we found out that Rocky had ingested a sock which was lodged in his intestine and had to be surgically removed. After paying the deductible and office call fees, Trupanion reimbursed us for the rest ~ $1,000. Communication was timely and reimbursement was received quickly.

Always larger than expected refund!

I purchased Embrace Insurance for my Doberman, Sadie, as her sixth birthday present. (What else can you get the "girl" who has everything!) She will be ten in August. I have submitted claims every year and always receive a refund that is larger than I expect. Immediately after submitting a claim, a representative is always in touch, which I really appreciate. I now have a second dog and intend to get him a policy, as well. Great Company!!

Extremely professi9onal, responsive, reliable.

My Maltese had hearing loss. I traveled from Florida to New MRI and spinal tap under anesthesia which cost over $2300.00. While I had extremely good response from Pets Best for more normal claims, I anticipated delays and lengthy inquiries and discussion regarding this claim.In fact, it was handled with great promptness, very courteous and simple inquiry, and much to my amazement, the same fair reimbursement for expenses as my much smaller claims. I recommend Pets Best highly.

Continual Great Response and Service

My dog has had an illness that has required care for the past two years. I can't believe the cost of providing x-rays, blood work, specialist review of findings, etc. Without the Trupanion coverage we would have been in pretty desparate shape because the costs would have exceeded our ability to pay. My dog is my baby and there is no way that I could have handled anything but the best care for him. Thankfully with Trupanion I'm assured he will be taken care of.
