Our 1 year old Beagle/Basset mix developed a coccidia infection at random, we had no idea what was going on with her: nausea, diarrhea, lethargy. Having Trupanion allowed us to run all necessary diagnostics-through which we were able to detect the coccidia, and ensure nothing else was going on.

Great service for over 7 years
We have had Embrace for our dog for almost 8 years now. Luckily, for most of the time we haven't needed to use the insurance. However, on the couple of occasions that we have needed treatment, Embrace has been great. Most recently, we had to try to identify why our dog had an unusual appetite. He was always begging for food and drinking excessive amounts of water. We worked with our vet to determine a cause and Embrace covered us every step of the way. We now have our dog on medication that has helped tremendously. Embrace was quick to review and approve the necessary procedures and medication during this process!

Ligament tear - solved
This company just delivered a 3000 usd payment in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy and within a couple of weeks since the invoice was presented to them. It is important to know insurance policies have limits and exclusions and I am not sure whether my policy is the best one compared to other companies. however, I am pleased with the handling of my claim and the level of information offered through the process
